"Got the lat low row today. No disappointment. 1 hour to set up & works great. Very glad I picked this as overall super sturdy and a small footprint for my basement gym. I'm 6ft 3 inch and have a full stretch and then some on pull down. Guy on Youtube said only downside is curls because seat blocks the movement. It takes 2 seconds to slide seat off & does curls and side laterals for delts just fine. Thanks again for making good stuff."
